Welcome!

I am Anddreyna Peña , founder of The Learning Sense .

Educator | Coach | Writer | Mother

For over 15 years, I have worked in public, private, and charter schools in the United States, supporting students and families from childhood through college.

My passion is to help those who feel lost, frustrated, or without answers within the education system, especially immigrant families, students with difficulties, and parents who don't know where to start .

At The Learning Sense, you will find a space of support, respect, and guidance to discover new ways of learning and growing together.

Why did I create The Learning Sense?

I founded The Learning Sense to offer real educational and emotional support, beyond traditional tutoring. My coaching approach is based on empathy, strategy, and lived experience. I help families strengthen communication, increase their children's confidence, and create personalized plans that generate lasting change both at school and at home.

My work as a writer

I am the author of the book "How to Educate Without Rewards or Punishments," a work born from years of observing how students react to traditional methods of education and discipline. I wanted to offer a more conscious and respectful alternative, based on connection instead of fear, and on firmness with empathy instead of control. This book is aimed at parents and educators who wish to raise and teach with emotional intelligence and purpose.

What I believe

I believe that every student is unique and possesses extraordinary strengths within themselves. When these strengths are discovered and cultivated, students gain true confidence and develop the ability to overcome academic and personal challenges with courage and joy.

At The Learning Sense, I not only teach, but I also listen, accompany, and walk alongside families in their process. Because all students can learn, and every family deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered.

ANDDREYNA PEÑA.
